muangacaad ("we", "our", "us") is committed to the responsible handling of the personal information you share with us. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights as a data subject under Thai law.

We collect personal data through the following means:
- Enquiry and contact forms: name, email address, telephone number, and any message you choose to submit.
- Enrolment: name, contact details, professional background (where voluntarily provided), and payment records.
- Course participation: attendance records, workbook submissions, and notes from coaching sessions.
- Website use: anonymised analytics data (page views, session duration, device type) where you have consented to analytics cookies.
We do not collect sensitive financial information (bank account numbers, investment portfolio details) through our website or forms. Any such information shared during private coaching sessions is governed by a separate confidentiality arrangement.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the following bases under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA):
- Consent: for marketing communications and analytics cookies, where you have explicitly agreed.
- Contractual necessity: for course enrolment, payment processing, and delivery of program materials.
- Legitimate interest: for responding to enquiries and maintaining records of past participants for follow-up correspondence agreed at enrolment.

- Processing enrolment and issuing payment receipts
- Delivering course materials, session invitations, and workbook access
- Providing coaching call notes and follow-up advisory correspondence
- Issuing certificates of completion
- Sending program updates or curriculum changes to past participants (where consented)
- Improving our website and course delivery based on anonymised analytics
We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.
5. Data Retention
Enquiry data from people who do not enrol is retained for up to twelve months, after which it is securely deleted. Enrolment and course records are retained for five years following completion of a program, as required for educational record-keeping. Financial transaction records are retained for seven years in line with Thai accounting requirements. You may request earlier deletion subject to the conditions described in section 8.
6. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with the following categories of third party:
- Payment processors: to handle fee transactions securely. They receive only the information required to process the payment.
- Video conferencing providers: to host online sessions. Participants' names and email addresses are shared with the platform to the extent necessary for session access.
- Analytics providers: where you have consented to analytics cookies. Data is anonymised before transmission.
No personal data is shared with financial product companies, fund managers, or insurance providers.
7. Data Protection Measures
We store personal data on password-protected systems with access restricted to the members of the academy team who require it for their role. Coaching session notes containing personal financial information are stored on encrypted systems and are not retained beyond the program period without explicit consent. We review our data handling practices annually.
In the event of a data breach that is likely to affect your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant Thai supervisory authority within seventy-two hours and inform affected individuals without undue delay.

9. Your Rights Under the PDPA
As a data subject under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:

- Right to rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure: request deletion of your data, subject to our retention obligations.
- Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to object: object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Right to withdraw consent: withdraw consent for marketing communications or analytics at any time without affecting any processing carried out before withdrawal.
- Right to lodge a complaint: contact the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand if you believe your rights have not been respected.

11. Children's Privacy
muangacaad's programs are designed for adults aged forty and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of eighteen. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when our practices change or when Thai data protection law is amended. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants by email. The date of the most recent revision is noted at the top of this page. Continued use of our website following a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
