Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the relationship between muangacaad and each person who enquires about, enrols in, or participates in our courses. Please read them at your leisure before registering.

Last revised: April 2026  ·  Effective immediately upon enrolment

1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all courses, workshops, and advisory correspondence provided by muangacaad, a financial education provider registered in Bangkok, Thailand. By submitting an enrolment enquiry or completing payment, you indicate that you have read and understood these Terms.

muangacaad reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants by email at least fourteen days before they take effect. Your continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Nature of Our Courses

All courses offered by muangacaad are educational in character. Their purpose is to help participants develop structured knowledge of personal finance, household budgeting, retirement planning, and related topics as they apply within the Thai regulatory and financial environment.

Nothing in our course materials, live sessions, workbooks, or written correspondence constitutes personalised investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial product. Participants are encouraged to consult qualified, licensed professionals before making decisions about their own financial circumstances.

3. Eligibility

Our programmes are designed for adult learners aged 40 and above who are resident in or closely connected with Thailand. Courses are conducted in English. There are no formal academic prerequisites; however, some programmes are intended for intermediate or senior learners and assume a level of comfort with basic financial concepts.

muangacaad reserves the right to decline an enrolment application if, in its reasonable judgement, the applicant's circumstances are not well-suited to the course in question. In such cases, we will endeavour to suggest a more appropriate programme.

4. Enrolment Process

Enrolment begins with the submission of an enquiry form or direct communication with our team. A place is considered reserved only once the following two conditions are met:

Cohort sizes are limited. Confirmation is issued on a first-come, first-served basis among applicants whose payments have been received.

5. Fees and Payment

Course fees are stated in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of all materials, live sessions, and follow-up correspondence described in the relevant course outline. Fees do not include travel costs, accommodation, or any third-party professional services a participant may choose to engage separately.

Payment may be made by bank transfer to the account details provided in your enrolment confirmation. Receipts are issued within five business days of cleared payment.

muangacaad reviews its course fees periodically. The fee applicable to your enrolment is the one stated in your written confirmation; subsequent fee changes do not apply retrospectively.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation terms are designed to be fair to both participants and to the small cohorts whose composition depends on confirmed places:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days of the cancellation request.

7. Programme Changes and Cancellations by muangacaad

muangacaad reserves the right to reschedule, restructure, or cancel a programme if enrolment numbers are insufficient to support a productive cohort, or if circumstances beyond our reasonable control require it. In such cases:

muangacaad is not liable for any consequential losses arising from a programme cancellation, including but not limited to travel costs already incurred.

8. Attendance and Participation

We encourage participants to attend all scheduled live sessions and to engage with course materials at a comfortable pace. Where a participant is unable to attend a session, a written summary of key discussion points will generally be made available.

For the Wealth Stewardship and Legacy Planning Academy, which includes in-person gatherings at the Bangkok learning centre, attendance at these sessions contributes meaningfully to the depth of the experience. Participants unable to attend a gathering are asked to notify us in advance.

muangacaad does not offer credits, certificates of academic standing, or formal qualifications. Participants who complete a programme receive a letter of completion as a courtesy record.

9. Intellectual Property

All course materials — including workbooks, worksheets, written content, presentation slides, and recorded sessions — remain the intellectual property of muangacaad. Participants are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for their own study.

Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, resold, or shared with third parties without prior written consent from muangacaad.

10. Confidentiality Within Cohorts

Our smaller cohort formats invite open and personal conversation about financial circumstances and goals. Participants agree to treat the disclosures of fellow cohort members with discretion and to refrain from sharing personal financial information discussed in sessions with persons outside the cohort.

11. Conduct and Respect

muangacaad maintains a respectful and collegial learning environment. Participants are expected to engage with faculty and peers courteously. muangacaad reserves the right to remove a participant from a programme, without refund, if their conduct materially disrupts the experience of others.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Thai law, muangacaad's liability to any participant shall not exceed the total fees paid by that participant for the specific course in question. muangacaad is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from participation in, or exclusion from, a programme.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok.
